 Carbide Pins and Punches
We manufacture all types of carbide pins for cold heading
operations including extrusion, punch, pierce, hex, square, KO &
Slug Out, and various form tools such as fluted and surface drive
punch pins. We maintain a large carbide inventory for fast
delivery.
 Carbide Roller Tooling
The same proprietary 2 and 4-axis CNC technologies that
revolutionized the carbide pin manufacturing industry has been
applied to the manufacture of flat roller tooling in Carbide.
Our ultra high resolution CNC technology permits us to manufacture entire lots of matched sets
without the requirement of pairing stationary and moving dies.
Every die is exactly like any other die permitting our customers to
take any moving die and stationary die to create a perfectly matched
set. But in Carbide? Absolutely, and while high-speed
steel is common and appropriate for most applications, our improved
manufacturing process can permit the use of higher performing
carbide in certain flat roll applications including break-necks,
knurling and pointing.
